Click on the + sign to see your event details

On the event description page select the blue event title

On the purchase page select "add to cart" and qty

Then Register and select Paypal as option and check accept terms

At Paypal site, if you DO NOT HAVE A PAYPAL account then you can click the "continue" link near the credit card icons.
